CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please provide at least **24 hours' notice** to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and all no-shows are subject to a **50% cancellation fee**. Clients arriving more than **15 minutes late** without communication may need to reschedule and will be treated as a late cancellation. A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.
